Q1. Are there magnets in the iPhone case, and will they affect my phone?
A1. Yes, MagEZ Case Pro 3 for iPhone 14 has magnets inside that mirror the MagSafe magnet array. So your iPhone 14 shouldn’t experience any problems; however, Apple does warn that the magnets can cause problems with RFID chips and magnetic strips in credit cards and security badges as well as pacemakers.
Q2. Are your cases compatible with Qi wireless chargers?
A2. All our cases, including MagEZ Case Pro 3, can work with Qi-certified wireless chargers.
Q3. When will iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus be back in stock?
A3. No later than October 6.
Q4. I pre-ordered this product for a few days. When will it be shipped out?
A4. As we promised before, Shipping MagEZ Case Pro 3 begins no later than Sept 30th. If we are unable to ship your package by this date, we would like to give you a gift.
